The apartment was very clean and felt brand new. Also the location was great. We did feel like the $300 pet fee seemed excessive for the few days spent there.

We loved the location and the apartment was really nice inside. The customer service via text was very responsive. It definitely works for a family . A few downsides were the place had very old and very few plates, silverware and all kitchen basic needs. We wanted to cook during our stay and we could barely do anything with what was there. We had to request items such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags upon arrival because they weren’t stocked. In addition, the wifi instructions in the email were not accurate so I had to reach out to figure out how to connect wifi and was given totally different instructions. For an Airbnb we anticipated items would be there and instructions were clear so we could just enjoy our stay rather than have to constantly communicate with the host our needs. Lastly, the building was under construction so the hallways reeked of chemicals, paint and had a lot of dust everywhere including inside of the apartment. It would’ve been nice to know this.
