This is a pleasant room with an excellent en-suite bathroom. It's in a quiet location within walking distance of the centre of Bodmin, and also handy for the bus to the station or to Padstow.

the place is spotless and modern, perfect for a few days or a week. the bed was very comfortable and we had a very peaceful sleep indeed. not any noise as it's on a very quite road. the bathroom is well equipped and spacious shower. The great bonus is the off street parking right Infront of the front door means easy access to the car for unloading and security of your vehicle. great location for local Sainsbury's and local amenities. Donna is very responsive and communication was very quick and friendly and she was very flexible to meet our requests. I would definitely recommend as a base to stay for a couple at a very affordable price. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean
