Pros: - Instant responses from the host. - Comfortable furniture, large TV. - Easy self check-in. - Good location. Cons: - Poorly cleaned balcony and bathroom. - A poorly secured painting above the bed fell on my head at 3 am :)) - No cutting board. Overall experience was good. The host had arrived for bathroom cleaning upon notice. I messaged the host multiple times during our stay and each time the response time was less than a minute. I think a slight improvement upon cleanliness can make a significant change.

The apartment is new and well furnished as showed in the pictures. The self check-in was easy, following the instructions. The mattress was very comfortable and it was nice to spend some time on the sofa at the end of the day. The first day we did a late check-in and figured out the blankets were missing however the problem was resolved as soon as possible by the host upon communicating the problem. He was available and courteous. We also told him the bathroom was not as clean as we expected, so the day after they came to clean it again. Only issue to highlight was the water clogging in the shower area, hope it gets resolved soon. Overall it was a good stay.

El apartamento es genial, muy bonito y muy espacioso. Las vistas son geniales también, a pesar de ser solo de las casas del vecindario, pero esa es la gracia de su localización. Aun así, nos costo mucho encontrar la ubicación exacta del apartamento.
