This place is a magical place with the most spectacular view and location. The main cottage is rustic New England but super usable and beautiful. It's the place everyone gathers in various states of inside vs outside. The netted porch helps having beautiful dinners mosquito free and the dock and the multiple seating corners make this feel like a small campus. The new cottage has a clean nordic vibe. Everything needed is there and there are beautiful surroundings. Thanks for making such a special place available!

If we could give more stars for location, we would! Mike and Thorne are fantastic hosts of this very special property - it is warm and cozy inside with a massive expanse of ocean outside. Staying in fall with nice breezes outside, leaves changing and a lovely fireplace inside - we loved how perfect it was for playing games and sharing meals together with family! our hosts were so respectful of our privacy, and yet it was comforting to have them living next door in case of issues or emergencies. Thank you for the lovely stay!

This place is a big slice of heaven. Rustic but comfortable, the main house has a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for large groups and Maine lobster dinners. Guest house is more modern and just as comfortable, including a washer and dryer. Hosts are friendly and very responsive, respecting your privacy while being close at hand if needed. We can't say enough about the location.....the main house is perched on the rugged, rocky Maine coastline, while nearby Popham State Park offers a wild, expansive beach for walking. The sunsets will change your life and make you never want to leave.

Absolutely stunning views of the ocean and neighboring cove. The smaller guest house is just great: beautifully appointed and has modern updates. We were so grateful to have the lovely screened-in porch in the main house in addition to the docks, etc..
