Tranquil setting and lovely gardens greet you. Peaceful interior allows space to hang out, watch the tides rise and fall, the sunrise and glow of sunset. The birds! Oh my.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bird’s Nest! The view was amazing and we enjoyed watching the tide come and go, as well as watching all the birds in the area. It was a little removed from the bigger towns but that was what we wanted when choosing this location. It was an easy drive to the tulip fields and Anacortes/Deception Pass/LaConner/Bellingham. What a spectacular area! We enjoyed our conversations with our host and learned a lot about the area. The apartment itself was very clean, well appointed, and we appreciated the little extras like the coffee pods, snacks, and candy left for us. It was also nice that they provided enough soap, paper towels, and TP so we didn’t have to shop for those. The furniture was comfortable and this was a great location for enjoying the sights during the day and relaxing at the apartment at night. Overall, it was just a wonderful vacation. We hope to return again someday!
