"The Valley" neighbourhood, located along the Humber River, has easy access to parks and paths, including the nearby Magwood Park.
Nearby neighbourhoods like Baby Point and Bloor West Village offer shopping and dining options - some of our favourites include Queen Margarita Pizza, Mad Mexican, and the bakery Patisserie 27 (go early because they sell out!).
Public transit routes are also readily available, facilitating easy commutes to downtown Toronto and other areas.

Public Transportation:
- Public transportation is easily accessible from the house. A bus stop is located directly in the neighbourhood, only a 2min walk from the house. The bus will take you to the subway system (Jane Station), and from there you can reach other areas of the city.
- On a nice day, and if you enjoy walking, you can also walk along the Humber River to Old Mill Subway Station (~25min).
Getting downtown:
- From Jane Station, you can get downtown in 25-30min depending where you are going.
- By car you can reach downtown from the house in 20-30min, depending on traffic.
Airport:
- Getting from the airport to the house is very easy by car/uber, taking about 15-20min from Pearson Airport or Billy Bishop Airport.
- It is possible to take public transportation from Pearson Airport. We've personally never tried, but Google maps says that it would take around 45min.
