The vacation home offers space for up to 4 people (including 2 extra beds) and was completely renovated in 2016 to be barrier-free (for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users) and comfortably furnished. The house is equipped with a living room with upholstered furniture (with sleeping function), flat-screen TV, radio, telephone connection and WLAN hotspot, fireplace and an open kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment and various small kitchen appliances. The dining and work surfaces are accessible and can also be moved within the kitchenette. The living room leads to a separate bedroom with two single beds. One of the beds is a complete care bed with electric height adjustment. The two beds can easily be pushed together to form a double bed. The bathroom in the house is equipped with a toilet, a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. The fittings are mounted at wheelchair height. There are special grab rails next to the toilet. Water is supplied from the house's own well. All doors and passageways in the house are wheelchair accessible. In addition to the fireplace, the vacation home has central heating and insect screens in front of the windows. The following are also available for use: WLAN (free for Telekom users, otherwise for a fee), furnished terrace with barbecue, sun loungers, parking lot. There is a separate house with a Finnish sauna on the property. This is also barrier-free and can be used (for a fee). People with walking disabilities and wheelchair users can move freely around the property (no thresholds, paved paths etc.). Water and energy consumption are included in the total price.
