(Water is suitable for baby food.) There is a restaurant in Zechlinerhütte (approx. 1.5 km), shopping facilities and other restaurants in Rheinsberg (approx. 7 km). The spacious property with various seating and sunbathing areas extends to the lake, where all guests have their own jetty, rowing and paddle boats for hire (for a fee) and fishing opportunities (fishing license available in Zechliner Hütte). Sufficient parking spaces, bicycle storage and storage areas, barbecue, sun loungers and W-LAN are also available. A large covered communal seating area can be used by all guests to celebrate, chat, barbecue or play table tennis. The approx. 60 m² non-smoking vacation home for up to 4 adults and 1 baby has a large living room (upholstered furniture, wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, radio/CD) with open kitchen (dining table, electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed), bathroom with shower/WC and an open sleeping loft with two single beds (Attention! Low ceiling height, approx. 1.50 m). Also available: Insect screens on the windows and a covered terrace. The total price includes final cleaning, water and normal energy consumption. When using the electric radiators, electricity is charged according to consumption. Please bring your own towels and bed linen or rent them for a fee.
