Very nice host, dishes and linens were clean upon arrival. The location is beautiful, the pool didn’t work but that’s not the hosts fault, it looked gorgeous. 10/10 would do again.

Awesome location, less than 20 min from downtown. Beautiful views all around. Space was roomy, clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely consider staying here again

We stayed with my mom, my wife and our son in this apartment. The 10X living is nicely located on a hill, the apartment is nice and clean. First we ran into the parking issue, we couldn't find any parking in the first come first served spots. We found a spot that indicated 'reserved for 10x living' so we asked the host if we could park there and they said yes. When we wanted to leave in the morning, we found out that our car was towed, we had to take an Uber with all of our luggage to get to the towing facility 25 miles away, wasted two hours of our day and paid $245 to get our car back. meanwhile we contacted the host with the problem and waited for 5 days until 'management review is complete' unfortunately with no resolution. Luckily we reported the incident to Airbnb who refunded us the towing fees. The host still hasn't done anything to compensate us for the inconvenience. On top of that, the bathroom door handle was broken, the main bathroom has 10 AC units outside. Stay away!
