Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, our home offers the ideal blend of relaxation, fun, and convenience. Our backyard oasis with a year-round pool will be the highlight of your stay. 3 spacious bedrooms give your group room to spread out. Whether you're taking a refreshing dip or enjoying a BBQ under the stars, this private retreat is yours to enjoy! The layout: Enter the one-story home to an open kitchen, living, dining area with plenty of natural light and views to the backyard and pool. A large sliding door allows for indoor/outdoor living with plenty of seating to enjoy together as a group as well as a charcoal grill. The pool is the focal point and is available year-round to guests (please note, the pool is not heated). There is an additional dining area in the home that can be used as a workspace as well. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals together and we have a coffee bar stocked with sweeteners and creamers. Sleeping Arrangements: The primarily bedroom features a King bed and the two guest bedrooms feature Queen beds. There is also a queen air mattress available for your use, sleeping a total of 8 guests. The Location: This is such an ideal location to explore Austin! You have quick and easy access to Mopac and 2222. In any direction, you are just a short drive to the top places to visit in and around Austin. See below for distances. Parking: You can park securely in the garage, in the driveway, or in the street just in front of the house. Additional Information: The welcome binder with Wi-Fi information is located on the entry table. There are books, games, beach towels, toys and more in the built in shelving in the hall closet. We also have a pack and play and highchair stored in the master closet. What's nearby? We can’t thank Belinda and her husband enough for our stay! We had 8 people with plenty of storage space and a lovely large garden and pool. The house was very clean when we arrived and had lots of good space for all of us to sit and eat together. The location is ideal if you’re looking to stay close to downtown but just enough outside that it’s a cheap Uber away. They were very responsive and helpful when we asked questions. Thanks again for hosting us :)

This is a quiet neighborhood that is centrally located in Austin. Quick access to the highway (Mopac). There are restaurants and coffee within .3 miles of the home, groceries within a mile, and a ton of Austin destinations 5 miles in any direction.
Very easy and quick access to 2222 and Mopac. There is parking in the garage, driveway, and street.
