Inside this terrific condo, discover a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Dine at the adjacent table - ideal for family game nights! It will not be available in the spring and summer months. The home is several steps down from the driveway, and the main living area of the home is down an internal flight of stairs. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. <br/>Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quite hours.
