nice place. security are the enterence. hosts responded to a 3am message for late checkout.
We went to Guardians/ Yankees game and it was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Great restaurants and bars. Parking was around corner in parking garage and reasonable. My only complaint is no draperies on any windows. Didn’t like that and no shower towels. I would stay again if those things were changed.
Stayed a night for the eclipse. It was a bit expensive but I would assume it was because of the eclipse. The place is right in front of CSU, so it wasn’t noisy or in any way unsafe although it’s in downtown. There is no parking, which is something I wish the host made clearer on the listing. Still, CSU’s garage is available right around the corner at a reasonable fee. The place was very clean and things seemed new. I did love the high ceiling and the view. Place is well equipped with basic amenities, however the new towels left debris on my body every time I used them so I’m guessing those were cheap. The checkout time is 10am with $30 additional charge every hour. That really makes late-night fun difficult; or in my case the next morning.
