Newly renovated apartment located on the ground floor of a beautiful building located a few minutes from the San Frediano district in the center of Florence. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a large living room with sofa bed and an equipped kitchen. The structure is completed by the two bathrooms both with shower (one shower is located outside the bathroom), the outdoor space where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast and the free private parking for one car

Fabulous stay in a bright and immaculately clean apartment. It was quiet, private and fully equipped. The host was exceptionally responsive. I will be back!

Beautiful newly remodeled place. Great outdoor terrace and parking was very useful if you have a car (you’re right outside of ZTL). Close to a bus stop, a park (great for kids), several restaurants and a supermarket, plus a quick walk to all the destinations. The only thing is for anyone traveling with young kids who may not like being alone/far away from parents, the second bedroom is in the basement down cement stairs. The second shower is right at the bottom of the stairs but there’s a slider curtain at the stairs to cover the view from upstairs. We didn’t use the second bathroom so it wasn’t an issue for us.
very clean we loved the place we wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately the place was booked already. highly recommended.
