Perfect for a large family meal or general entertainment. Large TV mounted on the wall. 3 Bedroom property. Master bedroom has a king size bed and all modern furniture with an ensuite with shower. Large TV Front bedroom down stairs has a king size bed plus a sofa bed. TV Back bedroom down stairs has 2 single beds and a ensuite with bath and shower. TV Cot bed is also provided plus baby chair. Utility kitchen down stairs with all utilitys including washing machine and tumble dryer. Overall this property is very spacious and modern and will comfortable sleep 6 in beds plus 2 more smaller people on a sofa bed. Modern HIVE central heating system. Ideal for a fun family break. Very close to all the attractions Skegness has to offer. Situated about 100 meters from the Clock tower island on the sea front and only a short walk to the beach.
For a visit to Skegness you could not get a better property than this. It is ideally located with off street parking. It has the liveliness of Skegness to one side and beautiful beach walks to another. Despite being close by to much going on, as soon as you walk into the property it is peaceful. The balcony is a beautiful addition, sitting with a coffee in the morning sun is blissful! The house is beautifully decorated with comfy furniture and ample space for 8 people. The bedrooms are roomy and welcoming and the TVs in there mean people can relax in their own space. 3 washrooms is an absolute winner. Great amenities are provided. The host is very responsive, accommodating and friendly. I recommend this property highly to anyone visiting the area and will be back myself regularly.
Parking for 1 car on the front of the property. Car park next door for additional cars charge at £5 a day or £8 for day and night.
