Brandon’s place has everything I needed. There is still work in progress outside and a few details, but the results are splendid. My room (B) was clean, private, and comfortable. Nice bathroom with quality fixtures, water pressure and temperature. The noise from the intersection below is real. Folks living outside the city should think twice. Friday nights really come to life here.

Great stay! The host was very responsive, and the place was extremely clean with easy access, making it the perfect stopping point on our way to fly out of DCA. Would definitely come here again.

This was a nice, private room. You can stay private in your own room with it's private bed, bath and living room, or mingle with the other friendly guests in the larger kitchen -- your choice! My only problem, and I blame it on being late at night when I arrived, is there are three entrances. Guests can use the front or side entrance; the entrance in very back near right where I parked is a different unit, that the code didn't work on. 🥴 User error. Luckily, another guest upstairs arrived shortly after I did and showed me the correct door to get to our units. Would stay again if I'm in this area.
