Excellent location - central to DC but in a quiet location, close to a beautiful park. The kitchen had a full oven/stove but no deep saucepans, only fry pans. Netflix is provided in the living area. Couch folds out into a second bed - great for families. FYI there is no TV in the bedroom. But there is an amazingly deep tub in the bathroom. So if your idea of relaxation is a nature walk plus bubble bath, this is your jam. Host is great on communication, apartment is clean and easy to find. Off street parking is such a nice bonus. Thank you for the hospitality!

Really appreciate the ease of communication with Grace and her property manager. I was concerned about parking near the apt so without asking the property manager actually took a video of him walking from the apt to the parking area. We had no problem following the instructions. Never has anyone done this before. I would definitely recommend the apt to others

The place was amazing and super peaceful, with an incredible view. There's a fantastic park right outside. I would definitely come back again!

It's a wonderful, spacious and light apartment with a spectacular view. Minimalist but with everything necessary. Grace was super helpful and responsive. Only wish I could have stayed their longer to get a chance to enjoy the neighborhood.

Such a great location! Located a short distance from both Adams Morgan and DuPont. The host was extremely helpful and always responded within a short amount of time. Would definitely stay here again.
