It is a nice newer space. I thought it would be close to Mayo Clinic and it was. However, It was over a mile to the building I needed to visit . That was my fault for not investigating completly and a warning to anyone booking for a Mayo Clinic related stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in this loft. I had to spend a lot of time recovering from a procedure, so I enjoyed people watching from the windows. Becky provided everything we needed to make this stay enjoyable and she was always prompt in answering my questions. The loft was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed its close proximity to the Mayo Clinic, downtown, and the co-op market. We definitely recommend this loft for others seeking treatment at Mayo or just for a weekend away from home.

Becky was fantastic. Extremely responsive, always replied within mins. We will definitely be booking through Becky again. The space was extremely clean, had anything you would ever need… whether it’s a one night stay, or a month stay!
