National dance competition is what brought my family. This was an easy 3 block walk or super short drive. Apartment was clean and fit us all wonderfully. Jackie responded to my questions fast and was very kind.

This was well worth the money and walking distance to our many appointments at the Mayo! Jackie was very responsive when something did come up and she fixed the situation! Would stay again!

It was a perfect place to stay for an event at the Mayo Civic Center. we were able to walk to and from the event. Thankful for the parking garage, but tight getting in and out at times. Loved the unit! Will definitely need to visit during the summer months to be able to take advantage of the patio. Loved the living room and kitchen! It definitely was what we needed for the weekend.

A cool, spacious, unique apartment. Jackie was great to work with and responsive. The location & layout worked well for my group. However, this apartment needs quite a bit of maintenance. I have stayed at a number of airbnbs and usually maintenance is not an issue so I was surprised. If it was one or two things I wouldn’t give a lower rating but this was several things, sorry! Water and ice dispensers on the fridge door don’t work. Long yellow extension cord running from dining room into bedroom for a/c. Several overhead lights burned out/ not working inside. Lights on patio not working. Hallway/stairs outside apartment very dark, needs another light or repair. Jackie brought over lightbulbs & towels which I appreciated. There were not enough towels on site at arrival for the number of guests. Lightbulb was for a room that had no lights working at all, was able to change bulb in lamp to have light. Just curtain no door on main bathroom. Ping pong table very wobbly.
