Location. Location. Location. From the home to the Mayo Clinic was a five minute drive. This 1930’s home is full of charm and eclectic pieces. It is fully stocked with everything you would need. It is pet friendly, so keep that in mind if anyone has allergies. All bedrooms and the full bath are upstairs, which we didn’t realize when booking. We would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Michael’s place and would be shocked if you could find a better air bnb in Rochester. Within walking distance to grocery stores, parks, trails, downtown, breweries, and restaurants. Our toddler loved all the books and toys that were available and the huge yard. Comfortable king size bed with great lining and towels. Kitchen had everything you would need for a longer stay. We had zero issues, but Michael was always quick to respond. I doubt this place will ever not be booked up, so if it’s available, book it immediately. You won’t regrets it. I hope we can stay again soon.
