We had a long stay (about 5 weeks). In that time, we only had two small issues and James very quickly resolved both of them. He was very responsive and got back to us immediately when we reached out to him. This was a great place for us to stay. We really appreciated that we could walk to the Mayo every day. Our dog stayed with us, and we had plenty of walks in the neighborhood with him as well. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this house. James was an excellent host!

James was easy to work with and responsive to all my questions. The house was perfect for my mom and I to stay while my dad was at Mayo hospital for the week. It’s walking distance to Mayo (less than 10 min). Linens were fresh and clean, lots of pillows on each of the beds, mattresses were comfortable. The bedrooms felt spacious and had their own smart TVs. The upstairs bedroom is a renovated attic with narrow stairs; not an issue for me however. Upstairs bedroom also has less airflow for heat in the winter but James has a small electric fireplace up there that took any chill out of the air. I also noticed an A/C unit and pedestal fan up there for the summer. Parking is off-street next to an alley but the alley is open and spacious and seemed to only be used by the garbage collection. Neighborhood was quiet in terms of other neighbors, with the close proximity to the hospital we did hear occasional sirens. My white noise machine blocked any noise at night. Would stay again!

We booked this Airbnb at the last minute for an emergency that brought us to the Mayo Clinic. James's prompt, helpful, kind communication was much appreciated and needed in this stressful time. The location is close and convenient if you’re visiting Mayo, and there's a good selection of restaurants nearby if you need a decent meal after a long day at the hospital. Highly recommend!

The house was cute and well kept. Had everything we needed. We were able to walk to Methodist Hospital in less then 10 minutes. James was very responsive.
