We actually stayed at 2 of Jason's properties due to extended needs at Mayo Clinic. He was very responsive to our communications and requests. There were a couple of burnt our lightbulbs and Gabe was there very quickly to replace them. Getting there and getting in was very easy and the large homes accommodated family who were with us for support. Both homes were quick and easy access to Mayo Clinic so my husband could drop us off and return home - saving a lot in daily parking fees. Would definitely recommend and stay at either of these properties again if we have any need to be in the Rochester area.

Location just as described. Perfect setting for our stay. Lots of room. Quiet neighborhood. Loved having a garage. Beds were comfortable.

We stayed here for almost 3 months due to my daughter receiving treatment at the Mayo Clinic. Jason was a wonderful host and was very accommodating to my Daughter who has seizures. He even came and removed the door from the hinges so we could have better access to get to her safely. He was prompt in fixing the washing machine and replacing the master bed when they broke during our stay. The quality of item it was replaced with was top tier and we truly felt cared about and had a wonderful stay.
