There was a lot of space for our group to spread out comfortably. It's in a quiet neighborhood so it was a peaceful stay also. It's an older building that has been added on to and so there are some oddities that come with that but nothing that was inconvenient.

The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfy. The neighborhood seemed safe. Stayed here with a group of 5 and we were all very happy with a great house to be together in.

I would say this home is pretty bare-bones. There are 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths, which is very nice for a larger party. Attention to detail, however, could be better: many of the dishes we pulled out for use had food still stuck on them. There is no water line to the fridge, so the ice maker and filtered water do not work (there is a plastic ice cube tray in the freezer). There isn't a toaster. The dishwasher was crusted with hard water deposits, which could explain the dirty dishes. Several light bulbs were burned out. There is shampoo but no conditioner, and one bathroom was completely out of toilet paper. If two people shower at the same time, there is no water pressure. Although the home itself was very clean, there were quite a few centipedes and spiders crawling around the basement; an exterior spray is probably warranted. There was also a large wet spot in the middle of the laundry room floor which never dried.
