We needed a place to stay for a few weeks in Rochester while undergoing medical procedures at Mayo. This place fit the bill. There are 4 bedrooms so I didn’t have to concern myself with family members having a bedroom as they were coming and going. The home was very comfortable. This home had some things that we were looking for to make it easier for somebody recovering from surgery, such as a main floor master bedroom, a main floor living area with a comfortable recliner, and an easily accessible walk-in shower in the master bedroom. The drive to Mayo Clinic was about 15 minutes and traffic was never an issue. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. There were plenty of televisions in the house, but the channel selection was limited. Fortunately we had our own streaming services we were able to log into. Jason was very responsive when we had questions.

Beautiful comfortable house! Brand New! The location is very good, close to the state trail, as well as golf course. Costco and walmart are only 8 mins drive. And plenty of restaurants around. We had a good time here!

Great house, quiet street. Perfect for our needs. 10 min from Mayo. Beds were comfortable. Recliners were great too!

The house was absolutely stunning! The location was perfect, with beautiful trees and nature. We enjoyed our bicycles in the Douglas State Trail nearby, the house itself was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend staying here!
