We stayed in the third floor Suite and appreciated the cleanliness and amenities offered in this pristine rental unit. The entrance and garage parking instructions were spot on, and we had no problems with self check-in. The ONLY downside is that there's no elevator so we had to walk up two floors with our luggage; however, this was not a surprise as we had been told this by the owner. The building where the units are located, is the nicest in the neighborhood, but we didnt have any safety concerns or issues. The unit is only two blocks from Mayo's St. Mary's Hospital Campus, and a short drive to the Mayo Building which is seven blocks away. The unit was immaculate, beds firm but comfy, and there were all the amenities one would need. The thermostat was easy to use and kept the unit comfy. Extra towels, extra blankets, hair blow dryer, Washer/dryer, iron/steamer, luggage stands, Bathroom soap, Qtips, Body wash, shampoo and conditioners were as nice as those in a five star hotel

This was an excellent place to stay while visiting Rochester. The location is within walking distance to Mayo Clinic. The apartment was clean and comfortable as advertised. Parking garage was really nice to have.

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as great as the first time. Hosts are very communicative and friendly, the location was very close to Mayo, and the unit was exactly as pictured and described. Would definitely stay here again! Wonderful hosts!

Highly recommend. Supremely appointed space. Modern, clean, comfortable. Felt very safe with 3 levels of locked entree. We had 6 guests for our stay and it was great to have a comfortable, open floor plan that could accommodate us all for meals, TV, and just hanging out, while also having ample separate space with 2 large, private bedrooms so we could have separate time as well. Bedrooms had working space to be on laptops, make private calls, etc. It seems the owners spent a lot of time thinking through all the little details, like multi-port phone chargers, supplies, appliances, extra seating, etc. Clear communication upfront with check-in details and instructions for using the space, as well as check-out. Helped us secure street permit for vehicle. Walking distance to Mayo, but it was super cold so we drove. Don't waste time anywhere else; if you are seeing this and on the fence about this property book it now. You'll be amazed such an affordable, luxurious property exists.

What a great place. Very clean. Well-lit at night when entering. The host was very responsive. Close to everything. Would definitely book again.
