Overlook the river for this Ski in/Ski Out 1 bedroom Condo! This home boasts one of the best locations in town. 10 min walk to festival grounds entrance. 30 second walk to the river trail. 5 min walk to gondola/slopes or downtown. This is one of the only stays in town with a hot tub AND a pool(open during summer)! Amazing views from patio. Its a very quick walk to enjoy all the local eats, galleries, shops and music festivals. Park your car and walk everywhere!

Great place to stay!
Nicolas was very helpful and kind when we stayed at his condo. The condo is beautiful and is very close to the center of town. Would definitely stay here again.

Located in the Viking Lodge at 651 w Pacific St. One block to Gondola. One block to lift 7. Try Siam next door for great food. Close to grocery store. 5 min walk to downtown. 1 minute from the river.
1 parking space is included but its first come first serve you will need the permit on the shelf when you walk in. Put it on dashboard, so it’s visible. Typically easy parking during the day. Carhendge the Town of Telluride official parking lot is also 2 min walk away.
Once you park, you can walk everywhere. Most folks never even move their car.

Laid back part time local that has been in and out of Telluride for 30+ years. I believe that although the town of Telluride has changed a lot over the years, the general vibe and what makes Telluride a rare and special place has not.
