Ridge and Dan kindly accommodated our booking (including early check in) with less than 24hrs notice. They maintained constant, clear communication throughout and couldn’t have been more helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better location to downtown and local shops. There was ample space within the apartment for our party of five including a 1yo. We had a great stay and will be back!
It was a great location walking distance to a lot of nice bars and restaurants. The place has everything you need for a short stay. We will definitely be back.
Great place and location. Very walkable. Quiet peaceful patio. Saw review about hard couches. They are very firm as well as very firm beds but we like firm. Well furnished and very quiet. Would stay again!!!
immediately the host was quick to respond and consistent with the quick responses the entire stay. very informative on things to do during my travels from ft worth to austin ... even at first when i was undecided to stay. so very helpful. the home was SUPER CLEAN.. even had hair care and body care so didn't have to bother with packing for such a short trip. they also had detergent..that helped out. I didn't have a vehicle which was no problem...I walked around the corner in the mornings for breakfast amd dinner and shopping or just to get a walk in. my next trip..I will definitely consider staying here again. the couches were uncomfortable and seemed more for esthetic than comfort. however, i only got about an hour or 2 of down time so didn't bother me much. I was out for the majority of my stay. Just noticed they were not comfortable at all. parking is super easy and the pool area was clean. I had a pup w me and the host was very accommodating to her. had little water and dog bowl
My favorite thing about this place is the location. You are within walking distance to so much. The amount of time we saved not having to look for parking was priceless. The free parking space in a parking garage was an added bonus. That should not go overlooked when deciding on this place. The decor and cleanliness of the apartment was amazing. We especially enjoyed the complementary coffee and creamer provided in the kitchen.

The apartment is located in a prime walkable area right off South Congress. You are close to all the shops and restaurants there, or only a 10 min walk from downtown across the bridge. If you don't want to drive or walk during the stay, there are many accessible transportation options close to our home.
