Place was great. The only issues were the annoying sales pitch at checkin & the tv cuts back to the hotel home page after like 20 min but the place and Terry were great.

Amazing location! We were there over ACL fest and had a wonderful time, it was also 95 degrees and hanging out in the pool for a couple hours was an added bonus to our stay. Very close to 6th street and within walking distance of just about everything. Terry was great at getting back with any questions we had prior to our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Terry’s place is within the Wyndham in Austin. These were private condos that were bought out by Wyndham. Amazing view from the balcony and private patio/pool area. The Wyndham staff is responsible for cleaning, check in, and any issues within the unit. Unfortunately their staff brought us towels that had a used needle for injection hidden within one. I almost stepped on this getting out of the shower. Once discovered Wyndham sent up someone to get rid of the needle. Terry was unhelpful with this incident and just said talk to management at Wyndham. I wasn’t expecting much help from Terry because the situation was already handled, but he took no responsibility for the incident stating “my beef is with Wyndham”. I’m not sure how someone can post an airbnb listing and not be found reasonable for what is coming in and out of their unit. 2/5 stars because your stay will probably be fine, but if an issue emerges just be aware that Terry will not be helpful. If this was a motel 6 I could understand used needles being found in the towels, but not here!
