Lovely apartment to stay in in Valencia. Very spacious and large enough to share with other guests. Very convenient location, excellent views from the balcony, which makes you feel like a local. Micaela was very helpful and welcoming via messaging and Laura was very welcoming, friendly and let us drop off our bags before check in time. This apartment would be perfect for a group of friends! Thank you so much! We would certainly stay here again.

Ce n’était pas un logement entier, mais une chambre avec douche que nous avons loué dans un grand appartement où Micaela loue des chambres. Nous avions accès à une cuisine et un salon commun avec plusieurs commodités. Malheureusement, ce n’est pas de la faute à Micaela, mais d’autres « colocs » laissaient leur vaisselle à la traîne, qui occupait une partie du comptoir et de l’évier pendant notre séjour. Nous avons pu y faire la lessive, mais le sèche linge n’était pas fonctionnel. Nous avions cependant accès à des supports pour y étendre nos vêtements à sécher. Notre chambre, bien qu’elle était confortable, aurait mérité d’avoir quelques tablettes près du lit afin de pouvoir y déposer montre et mobile ou autres petits effets près de nous. Malgré tout cela, je recommande cet endroit bien situé.

Ottima posizione, vicino alla metro e vicino al centro. Grande cucina, frigo, microonde, forno, lavatrice.

Everything was great. The location is amazing, because it is very central, but not very loud. It is especially convenient for those travelling by train. The communal space is gorgeous and has a desk for those working from home. The only thing is that the check-in is at 16:00, and check-out by 20:00, which may be limiting for some people.
