This is a fabulous house, even better than the pictures and description suggest. It's in a great residential location, with plenty of local amenities (supermarkets, food places, gas stations and the like), and only a half-hour Muni ride to downtown. It's also well-placed for car access to other areas of SF and beyond. Martina was a fantastic host. She was away on holiday with her family while we stayed, so we didn't meet, but she still responded rapidly to all questions. She made sure there was space in the driveway for our rental car for the week, sorted an issue with the hot tub before we even knew about it, and arranged for a new gas tank for the BBQ when the old one had run out. We were a family of 5 (parents, 3 children aged 12-16) staying for a week, and there was plenty of space. The kitchen is great for cooking and eating, there's a huge BBQ and lots of outside eating space, and there are plenty of options for food delivery. We had a brilliant time, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this place to anyone.
