If the host was responsive this would be a five star place but unfortunately they were none responsive to both us and Air B n B the entire stay. We arrived to a place that was not cleaned with bedding on the floor. It was also 100 plus degrees in the home. We quickly realized the thermostat was broken and turned off the breaker for the remainder of the stay. We washed sheets and made our own beds. We called the number listed and the guy told me Evolve was non responsive and terrible at communicating and I needed to figure it out. The alarm then started going off and we contacted the same guy that then sent an incoherent text telling us he could not help and to contact Evolve. The alarm went off intermittently throughout our stay so we had to hide it in a cooler outside since it went off at 6:00am waking our kids and was generally sporadic. It is a shame the host is so terrible because the house is really nice and the location is gorgeous.

I absolutely loved this beautiful cottage on the coast. I definitely plan to visit again!

This place was amazing. The views were great, the neighbors were friendly! There’s access to the beach. It’s perfect for a couple or a small family. It wasn’t an issue for us but keep in mind that there is no AC but there are a couple fans. We’ll definitely be back again.

We had a wonderful stay! The rental location made it easy to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the beach and ocean. Unobstructed view and easy access to the beach. It was hard to leave!
