Peaceful, wooded retreat located about 1/2 off of the main road making it a perfect place to relax on your next trip. Located close to DE Turf Sports Complex, 1st State BMX, and Harrington Casino, 30-40 min. to Delaware beaches, outlet shopping and Dover Int Speedway. Living Water Acres is located about ½ mile off the main road back in the woods which gives you a private and peaceful environment, but yet you have the convenience of being within 5 miles of local grocery stores, department stores, gas stations/convenience stores, movie theater, bowling alley, restaurants and more! Our home is Smoke Free and Pet Free. Front door entrance with a code so you can come and go as needed. The space is 2,500 square feet and has a total of 2 bedrooms. The two bedrooms each have a king size bed with extra pillows & blankets and its own Private bathroom. Each bedroom has a table & 4 chairs. There's also a mini fridge, microwave & keurig coffee maker in each bedroom that are meant for use Only when rooms are booked Individually (but these amenities are available in the Main Floor kitchen for your use when booking the Whole House). The common area on the 1st floor includes a kitchen, dining room, living room and a full bathroom. Lots of outdoor space is available for registered guests to enjoy which include a deck w/grill, open yard space for outdoor activities (including a play set & sandboxes for children and corn hole game for the 'young at heart') and a fire pit. Our own personal living space is in a private attached in-law suite and a separate finished apartment in the basement with separate private entrances. You will have total privacy during your stay. You may possibly see us outside as we come and go from our living spaces. * NO smoking * NO parties, events or large gatherings * NO pets. Violation fee $100 per night.
