Exactly what I was looking for when I came to Delaware for work. My job is located in Dover and Tammy’s place is perfectly between Dover and the southern (more desirable) cities. Tammy was a breeze to communicate with and the place was homey!

Quiet, charming 70s-80s style ranch (some 70s, some modern) that has a nice layout and a huge backyard and accommodated our dog. I believe the perfectly fenced rectangle in the back used to be a pool, but not it's a great place if you want your dog off leash for a safe bit. Milford is ideal for staying within striking distance of Lewes or Rehoboth as even at the height of summer, it's ~30 min to the shore or Lewes downtown (Heirloom restaurant is really great there)

Well appointed home, all the conveniences with welcome coffee pods and granola bars. So many 1970s details, ice cold A/C, large yard and super location. We had a lacrosse tournament at DE Turf Complex and we’re able to relax here between games. If you appreciate a mid-century modern, hip grandma vibe you’ll love this eclectic home.
