We loved our long weekend at Abubakar’s place. Beautiful and peaceful. We were there a bit off season and loved it like that. Went for walks on the beach and had it pretty much to ourselves. The screened-in porch was clutch - able to enjoy the outdoors but a place to be out of the sun or rain. Very well stocked with towels, bedding, and kitchen tools. We had a lot of fun with the ping pong table in the basement. The place is a bit in the bay so no big waves and there is a lot of algae, so not the greatest place to go into the water right in front of the house, but you can walk just a bit down for clearer water. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Abubakar is the perfect host! Great communication pre-trip and during. The location is perfect. The home is as described with great amenities. Perfect for family time together and space to spread out when everyone needs it. This house has become a part of our family memories. The space is consistently clean, every time we have vacationed there, the house is spotless. Kitchen is well-stocked. Everyone can have coffee/tea their way K-cup or “old school”. Thanks for being an awesome host! As always, we plan to return.

Abubakar's home has beautiful views and was a great layout for the 5 people on our trip - including my 85 year old mother.

Pros: comfortable beds, lots of blankets and pillows, outside screened in area, supplies already on hand, parking in the garage, and cable tv in the bedroom. Cons: no TV's in other bedrooms, location on beach, motion sensor light switches, difficult entertainment system (although my husband figured it out), not so comfortable couches/chairs, steep stairs to basement, smell in basement.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It's a quiet area which is what we wanted. The house was super clean when we arrived, there were nice towels with plenty of extras if needed. The beach towels that were provided were great. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials-- pots and pans etc, and plenty of dishes. Dishwasher was helpful also. We loved all the outdoor spaces, especially the screened porch! The decking is beautiful! You can watch the sunrise from one porch and then watch it set from another. This is not a great area for swimming as the water is very murky. However, the beach is great for sitting/sunning, reading, walking ..... and there are so many beautiful little stones!! :) Abubakar was always very responsive to my questions before we arrived and during our stay. We would absolutely consider staying here again if we are back in this area! Many thanks for sharing your beautiful place!!
