Splendid villa with elegant and refined furnishings, located on the Canale di Pirro close to Selva di Fasano, ideal for a group of friends or a family. Villa L'Arco in Col is a fine property, completely renovated and boasts modern and elegant furnishings. Strategically located a few kilometers from Alberobello and Fasano, it offers maximum privacy. The front door leads to the living area with a large window and an incredible view of the entire valley, and is furnished with two sofas, a fireplace, a dining table and an open-plan kitchen, equipped with all amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. Also on the same floor is a study and a wonderful hot tub. From here there is access to the lower floor where there are two bedrooms with queen-size beds, both with ensuite bathrooms; in one there is also a single sofa bed. On the same floor, but with a separate entrance, we have another room with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. In addition, each room has its own dedicated outdoor sofa. A service bathroom completes the layout. Free wifi, air conditioning and heat pump heating will be available to guests. The exteriors are spacious and functional: there are three terraces with views, two upstairs furnished with sofas and tables, and one downstairs with a large outdoor sofa and a covered dining area with an outdoor kitchen and pizza oven. Framing this beautiful property is a carefully tended garden full of plants, where there is also a swing and a hammock.
