Such a beautiful home with great amenities. Love the large dinning room and table for us all to be able to sit to eat together. Beautiful fireplace with lots of firewood available for our use. Barb was very responsive to our questions and needs.

Barb’s place just south of Idaho Springs, on the road to Mt. Evans was very nice. Our family was there for a wedding at a venue that was very close to Barb’s house. Private gate was very nice, as the house was off the main road. Nobody was able to mistakenly enter the drive from the road. Beautiful stream separates the road from the house. Barb did a great job to strategically place tall fences and trees to create privacy from the road, and adjacent neighbors. The log cabin style house felt very rustic, yet modern. Our next trip to Idaho Springs, we would defintely stay in Barb’s house again.

This was a great house to visit. There is plenty of room and beautiful surroundings. The hosts communicated instructions for getting in and out of the home so we never needed to contact them for more information. Our stay was seamless. Some of the rules (everyone must be inside by ten pm, no exceptions) seem excessive if you have a group capable of being respectful.
