The apparment is right near the Waterfront and main retail areas, no shortage of cafe and restaurants. It is also 5 minutes from the Britomart railway station which is ideal if you have arrived this way from the Airport. The Princes Wharf complex has a luggage hotel which is handy for storing bags on check in Check out days. Top tip- the storage at the ferry terminal info desk ( 3 min away) is cheaper, open the same hours but 7 days a week as opposed to Mon-Fri at the on site office. We had a small hiccup with collecting keys but Rex was on it and resolved it quickly and efficiently. The apparment offers virtually all the facilities of a downtown hotel ( easier, if you want to do some laundry on your travels) but at a lot less cost.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Princess Wharf. The apartment was really very funky and spacious and provided everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and we even got a welcome box when we arrived. Great location, right on the wharf and close to all amenities. We would definitely book again. Thank you so much, Rex!

My partner and I had organised a stay in Auckland to see friends and decided to stay in the CBD, this spot is PERFECT!!!! Rex was really helpful getting us in, super lovely and very fast to respond. We were given very helpful pre arrival directions and information about access etc. The apartment is gorgeous, love the decor too. All the amenities you could want. Perfect for a single or couple visiting Auckland for a night or a week! Restaurants and bars are all so close with parking and public transport all available right here. Couldn’t have asked for more thank you for making our time im Auckland so special. A++ WILL STAY AGAIN!

Rex and this apartment has redefined what a great AirBnB stay should be like. The apartment was well appointed with beautiful views out to the harbour had every little thought and consideration given to a corporate traveller. I never found myself once thinking, oh, I wish they had this or that. This is a very rare to experience this on AirBnB. I've used it often and I can't honestly remember a better, well-stocked apartment. It was like staying the night at a friends place. I can highly recommend it - location is A+ and within walking distance of all the meetings I needed to make, plus there are so many great places to eat or drink. There was a beautiful goodie box on arrival, just added to the wow factor. The instructions were clear, visually aided and gave me confidence, even with a super early start after a long night and a tired brain. Rex is a proactive communicator and pre-empts any considerations. Recommended and look forward to my next stay! Thanks Rex and team
