This is an adorable and spacious little house with creative flair in a cool neighborhood, and the price was outstanding for our stay in May.

The home was beautiful, very welcoming, Peaceful and private home. Host answered all our questions and was very nice. It was a lovely home.

My experience started positively as Kenneth was able to allow us to check in by 10am which was a huge help as we were leaving another AirBnB at that time. He even left us a complimentary bottle of wine. I enjoyed the location - there are several cafes and restaurants within a short walking distance. The house was as described, and the backyard was fantastic - however, we did not always have access to the backyard. The gate was locked by another person staying in the guest house. That other person also took over the driveway. So some of what I thought I was paying for I did not have access to, which is odd as we were certainly paying more by staying in the main house. Finally, I was accused of smoking inside yesterday and asked for $200 to clean out the odor. First, I didn't smoke inside, and I mention the cost so you can be aware that he is very extreme if he feels you've violated a rule. Bottom line: a nice place, but difficult owner. And poor coordination with other guest.

This bungalow located in the Coronado Historic District is an absolute gem. The house was spotlessly clean and situated in a perfect location. It's close to downtown Phoenix and Banner Medical Center, and there are numerous restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely be staying here anytime I visit Phoenix.
