This stunning five bedroom home has it all - a huge living room with vaulted ceilings, cozy couches and a flat screen TV, a large kitchen stocked with all cooking supplies needed to prepare a great meal and an awesome game room downstairs complete with another TV, along with a ping-pong table and Foosball table. On the main level you will find the spacious master suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, across the hall from each other. The first bedroom on this level has a king bed and the second also has a king bed and two built-in twin size beds. Each of these bedrooms share a full bathroom. Head downstairs to enjoy a space designed for friends and family to gather for a movie, sports game or fun game night on either the custom wood ping-pong table or Foosball table. Also downstairs are two more bedrooms, one of which has built-in bunk beds consisting of three twins and one queen. The other bedroom has a queen bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tiled shower. The outside grounds are just as great as the inside of this home. There is a fire pit for guests to use (firewood wood available for purchase), plenty of parking (enough for 6 vehicles) as well as seasonal mountains views! Plus, this property offers tons of privacy so you can escape the noise of your busy lifestyle. If you are ready to head to town for a fun filled day, Banner Elk is just a 13-15 minute drive and Boone is a 20 minute drive! Perfect location to all main High Country attractions! Additional Notes: - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. - Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax. Firewood payment is collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - This property is accessed by a fairly steep gravel driveway. AWD or 4WD required only in the winter months. - The garage is not for guest use. - Please note that this homeowner uses outdoor cameras to monitor their home and ensure it remains safe. No cameras monitor the inside rooms of the home. • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • Pet rent is not included in the quoted price. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.
