This place was so clean. I travel a lot and I appreciate this very much. The staff was wonderful, you just can’t ask for a better private place.

This is a very beautiful, comfortable spot. Great for large parties looking for a quiet beach retreat. Beach was calm and perfect for paddle board and kayaks. Going on excursions is manageable but requires a bit of travel and coordination due to the location. Staff was amazing and so attentive. Alex, the house manager is great! He really took care of us! Miss Jean’s cooking was fabulous. House staff kept everything immaculate and Miss Tycia made me a homemade remedy for my lingering cough. This was our first time renting a house staff. Recommend really planning out snacks, desserts and drinks in addition to meals. Limited trips to the store is ideal. Everything was newly renovated and beautiful. Could use an upgrade on beach lounge cushions and a few more loungers for the beach. Maybe one more board or kayak too. Wifi was good, spotty in the rooms near the pool. Overall amazing time! 10/10

Impeccable home set on an amazing beach. All en-suite bedrooms, comfortable beds, beautiful furnishings, and decor. We were a large family of multiple generations there to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday over Christmas. There were tons of spaces to gather, including a covered porch where we spent hours reading, listening to music, and playing games. We could have even played football in the huge yard! The pool and grounds are gorgeous and beautifully maintained. Nothing about this property is overlooked; from a large wireless speaker, to a paddle board and kayaks, to in home massages, we wanted for nothing. We never felt the need to leave the home. A fisherman stopped by to take our order and the next day he arrived by boat to deliver live lobsters and fresh fish. The best part was the amazing staff. We were spoiled from the moment we arrived. Food was plentiful and superbly prepared and our every need was anticipated and met. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Villa FANTASY was amazing in every way. It accommodated all 11 of us with its 6 private bed/bath rooms. The staff was wonderful from Ms. Jean (who made the most wonderful meals, and made our wildest requests come true. We enjoyed true authentic Jamaican food with each meal prepared by Ms. Jean), Alex (who handeled ALL of our requests and needs and stayed late to welcome us back every night), Tia (thank you for the best homemade jerk sauce), Latoya, Lacey, Gilbert and Barry. The staff kept the place impeccable. Our side of the beach and the grounds were well taken care of daily. Words cannot express our deep appreciation of this astonishing villa and the incredible people who support it. DO NOT HESITATE. Rent this villa. you will not be disappointed.
