China was a wonderful host, extremely professional, knowledgeable about the area, and very welcoming! The property was as described and more! Large, fully fenced in back yard with two seating areas and a hammock. Extremely clean, comfy linens, fluffy towels, full kitchen with plenty of counter space to cook in, good coffee, dog friendly, and a great centralized location in a quiet neighborhood! It's a very short walk to the river, a 5 minute drive to grocery stores, about 8 minute drive to the beach, and there are a bunch of really good local restaurants within a 10 minute drive. We would definitely stay there again!

This is a great place in a great location. China has really gone out of her way to make it stylish and homey, and she couldn't be nicer. The house is right near the water and in a great location for shopping and restaurants.Definitely hope to stay there again.
