Great place and host! House is perfect for a large family or group trip, cant beat the river access and the house has tubes you can use fpr it. Clay was a great host responded very quick to questions and was very straight forward.

The place is clean and a lot of fun. Loved the river area with the rope swings. The back yard was big and nice. This is a grate place for a get away with family or friends. Nice quiet and peaceful.

Clay was a very gracious host and was a great communicator. The space was perfect! The yard and amenities made for an amazing weekend. We loved it and so did our kids! High recommend!
