This place exceeding our expectations!! Kitchen was well stocked!! Bathrooms were big and beautiful!! Tons of space!! Private location, fire pit is a plus!! Plenty of parking!! Beautiful home!! Randy was also quick to respond when I had a question or needed help with something, he called me right away!! Pool is a great addition, could not use due to our time of booking, (winter) but we will be back to enjoy that!! He also put up a Christmas tree for our stay which I thought was a nice touch:) Christmas here felt comfortable and cozy!! Felt like home!

Furniture comfortable! Well cleaned except fans in rooms dusty, one bedroom uncomfortable mattress and noisy. No mixer found in kitchen. Would be nice! Sewer smell on arrival but cleared! Not enough towels. Came up 3 short had to purchase! Floor under one bed was not finished on several slats! No tissues soap or shampoo anywhere! Purchased! Stove away too far from edge of counter! Pool table was unusable! Bumpers were so deteriorated that balls bounced up in air upon contact and died 3-6 inches from bumper! Most bumpers were terrible! No tip on 1 cue! No chicken stick! Needs a short cue for wall and kitchen counter! Floors extremely uneven! Nice patio & furniture but small with fire pit but rained so couldn’t use but looked over the river area! For our use it was okay! Gone some of the time but decent pool table be made it better! bought a few games and used them in evening! Should have some board games, cards etc for guests! Would make it better! 2 refrigerators was very nice!

This place was perfect for our group of 14. Every couple had a private bedroom and even some leftover beds available. The house was very spacious, had lots of seating and the pool was a wonderful addition to our stay. Randy was very attentive to our questions and concerns. Will definitely rent again next time we are in the area.

The pool was a nice addition to the rental. Really enjoyed it on these hot summer days. House was spacious and accommodated my large family.
