The famous 'Bay Run' is 1 minute away at the bottom of the park - a beautiful 7km run/walk around an inlet of the Parramatta River with wonderful views of the city. The house is also a 5 minute walk from the brilliant outlet shopping centre Birkenhead Point which has two supermarkets and loads of shops for retail therapy.
