Great place, good location, had everything you needed easy access would stay there again in a heartbeat
Would have rated 5/5 if not for a couple issues. Details surrounding check in time was important for my stay. The description when I booked stated 3pm check-in. I was hoping for an early check in but was unfortunately told that the standard check in time is at 4pm but would let me know if earlier check in time would be available. I went to the location at 3pm and requested again about early check in and was told the cleaning manager would be in and I could walk in at 4pm. I waited the whole time and nobody showed up. At 4, I tried to get in but the code did not work. I had to call the owner who had me try several times and then try to open a padlock with a key. All of these options did not work and the owner said they would call me back. I didn’t hear anything for 10 minutes and had to call them again and was finally given a different code to get in. If I knew a delay of my anticipated check in time was going to be later I would not have booked this stay. All other aspects were great.
Fantastic host and very responsive. The place has all you need for the ideal stay. The beds are comfortable, nice thick bath towels and even dedicated towels to wrap your wet hair! I appreciated having a luggage rack so my luggage wasn’t on the floor. The place has everything you need. Super clean!! Nice furniture and in a quiet neighborhood. I was able to sleep like a baby!! To get in and out I used a door code. I loved not having to carry a key around. I highly recommend this host and this place!!
