Enter through the side door by the detached two car garage. A cute entry room with bench and coat hooks awaits your coat and shoes. The antique cast iron stove set high on a brick hearth greets you in the sitting room off the kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast at the table as you gaze out upon the early morning fishermen and gentle waves. Large kitchen with pantry, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and ample counter space all with an ocean view! Continue through into the large formal dining room with fireplace, side bar and dining table with seating for 8. The antique chandelier reminds you of yesteryear while the view excites you for today's adventure . As you head through the dining room into the hall way to the right is Bedroom #1 with a king bed, flat screen tv, desk, and closet. Bathroom #1 is in the hallway a full bath with shower tub combo, vanity and toilet. Tucked away in the closet next to the bathroom is a stackable washer/dryer. Continue to the main entry of the home and find the family room on your left complete with built in shelves and cabinets - they are two couches, two occasional chairs, game table and flat screen TV all with a spectacular view of the patio and ocean through the large sliding glass doors. Head upstairs between the dining room and kitchen. At the top of the stairs is Bathroom #2 a full bath with shower tub combo. The next door on your right is the home office with desk and built in bookshelves. Bedroom # 2 on the right with a queen bed, dresser, flat screen tv, desk and two closets. Bedroom # 3 has 2 twins beds, built in cabinets, dresser and closet. Bedroom #4 has 2 twin beds, desk, and closet. This home has central air conditioning on the main level - a mini-split and window units in second floor bedrooms for extra comfort. The finished basement can be accessed from the main floor hall way near the bedroom. Head downstairs to find additional entertainment space with couch, chair, flat screen tv and puzzle table.
