The Upper Deck (second level unit) of the Captain’s House is available separately or in addition to this listing for up to 12 people in total. The Captain's House Main Deck is a newly renovated single floor private entrance unit with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. For added convenience there is a single bathroom vanity w/ sink in the Master Bedroom. There is room for 6 guests when sleeping 2 in the Master Bedroom (king), 1 in the Second Bedroom (twin), 2 in the Third Bedroom (queen), and 1 on the living room queen size sofa bed. This lower level unit is very spacious and has been completely updated and remodeled from top to bottom. All bedrooms are equipped with Roku TV and the main living room has a 55" TV for your group gathering as well as an electric fireplace with options for flames, heat, or both! In addition, all bedrooms have charging stations / USB ports for hook-up and charging of your electronic devices. The large eat-in kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, range, and table seating for at least 6 guests. Also included, is a "Coffee Bar" stocked with a starter kit of various single-serve coffees and teas to use with the Keurig coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry area with full size washer and dryer for you to use during your stay. Please bring your own laundry products as there may not be any supplied. The outside of the property includes free private parking for 2 full size vehicles (more upon request only, please). Also, front and back porch access with seating for up to 6 guests on each, exclusive to renters of the Main Deck only. A Weber charcoal grill is available for your use in cooking up your best outdoor BBQ! The grill is available to guests on both levels on a first come first serve basis. All beds include new cotton linens with a number of high quality pillows of your choice. The bathroom is set-up with a claw-foot tub for soaking or can be used also as a shower. (Note, the height clearance standing inside the tub is roughly 6 ft 5 inches - taller guests may have to crouch!)
