COUPLES: Come to THE SHUGHART! Each bedroom suite is located at the end of each hall ensuring privacy, each with their own en-suite luxury bath, private balcony & flat screen TV. A beach getaway with a fine dining restaurant just across the street - Eleven South! Or if you prefer a private chef experience, we have one on-call who will help you design the perfect menu and prepare it on site (add’l fee). Nicole will work as your personal concierge to make this your best vacation to date! EACH BEDROOM is its own private suite with full bathroom, TV and your own private balcony. There is lots of room to spread out across this 3 story townhome. The entire property is equipped with a SONOS sound system for you to enjoy your favorite playlists. BOTTOM FLOOR: garage area has room for 1 vehicle but also as a sports a casual area/fun room in the back section of our garage with a TV, Pinball Machine and cushy seating to relax while having some fun! Laundry room and wet bar with coffee machine is located between the garage area and the Twin bedroom suite (can be converted to a King Suite upon request) on the ground floor. Our backyard area has a large travertine, covered patio with sofa section, a table for 4, outside shower, large gas grill, and lovely grass covered backyard to enjoy a game of CORNHOLE with our awesome set. The SECOND floor is the Kitchen with breakfast bar and 4 barstools, dining table that seats 6 and a couple of cushy chairs in the side nook as well. There is a large screen TV in the Kitchen/Dining room area as well as double doors opening up to an outdoor patio overlooking the front of the townhome. Our first King Suite with private bath and private balcony is also located on the second floor. The THIRD floor you will find our living room loft area with large L-shaped sofa, fireplace and another TV for your enjoyment. Our second King Suite with TV, private bath and private balcony is also located on the 3rd floor as well as our Queen suite with TV, private bath with spa tub and private balcony.
