While there are other homes nearby please note the general area is fairly dark at night. WINTER WARNING: We MAY have some snow in January-April and if so we do REQUIRE CHAINS and 4WD to get to the property. The surrounding areas including downtown Oakhurst, Yosemite and Bass lake may also require chains if snow is present. We have FULL TIME residences on both sides of the property. Please please keep noise to a MINIMUM and please observe the 9 PM to 9AM noise curfew. NOISE carries in the mountains. Due to close proximity to Yosemite National Park, wildlife includes deer, turkey, mountain lions and bears are known to inhabit the surrounding areas. There may also be wild plants and/or poison oak due to rural mountain setting. Please be mindful and cautious. While we don’t anticipate our guests running into larger wildlife please keep this in mind and ALWAYS SUPERVISE children. NO ATVS, Motor bikes, Trailers or RV’s permitted Please stay away from "Private property signs on the premises" Review all rules before booking.
