The location is great but unfortunately the place wouldn’t suit for my family (parents, kids, sister and brother in law). The main house comes with one toilet/bathroom which was a huge issue for 8 people sleeping in this main house. The heater also was a trouble, we arrived late due to snow falls and delays on the road and the house was freezing until the next morning. For a 2 nights stay it was disappointing to have to wait this long to get comfortable, especially given the price of the house. The communication with the owner was very easy, the location is really nice and close to everything you want to visit in Yosemite.
What an incredible experience at the Yay Frame! We had six kids aged 7-13 and they all had space, found things to do, and we were all wowed as soon as we pulled up the driveway! The views were gorgeous, the midcentury furniture and cabin art were perfectly on point - we felt as though we were living a designer dream vacay! We would recommend 1000% and can’t wait to come back!
We had a nice stay in the YAY frame house. Paige is a great host, she was easy to get in contact with an provided lots of guidance and information on the house and the local area. The YAY frame house has such a beautiful picturesque view of the trees you really feel like you're staying in a treehouse. This is a great cabin for a group of friends or families with older children. Thanks for hosting us!
The place really had a nice vibe starting from the driveway. The living room was great looking out into the forest. It is quite close to Oakhurst but hidden away in the forest, it is also relatively close to Yosemite and making day trips easy. The TV was big and there was a fun attic resting place. It was a great experience!
We had such a wonderful stay at Paige’s cabin! Such a great location for the entire family (including the dogs). We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and hanging out in the common space. Great location for a day trip into Yosemite. Wish we could have stayed longer!
