Nina came through for my family in a pinch! We had another rental in the area that fell through for not being as advertised and we needed to get in to a place that evening (within a few hrs of renting). Nina was very responsive and tried to make sure everything was ready for us by sending her property manager over. Nina and her property manager were very nice and responsive!

The house & view were beautiful. But there were many disappointments. A layer of dust in the rooms upon arrival which proved problematic for our friends asthma, making her stay difficult. The hot tub and basketball game both stated facilities were out of commission. Nina's initial reaction to our concerns was dismissive and she stated that she would address the issues after we left. Her suggestion that we seek alternate entertainment & visit neighbouring sights sounded condescending, given that we had paid a substantial sum for the amenities promised. The AC was locked, it took several emails to eventually get Nina to release it and allow us to change the temp for our comfort. We had planned a final swim and tranquil breakfast before check-out we were told of a water delivery and leak detection appointment for 7a.m which she insisited take place. While she offered monetary compensation for our last day, Ninas dismissive attitude and disregard for the claimed amenities left a bad taste

Absolutely loved our stay at Tranquility! Nina was so responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect. Even though you feel far from the hustle and bustle, it is still just minutes away from shops and stores. It's also conveniently located near Bass Lake and Yosemite. The house has everything you need to keep kids of all ages entertained, and the sunrise and the views from both primary bedrooms are breathtaking. We will definitely book again!
